OMP Tecnica Super Light Driver Race Suit

OMP TECNICA SUPER LIGHT Race Suit Featherweight Performance, Maximum Protection—Because Speed Doesn’t Like Extra Baggage. You know that feeling when you’re strapped into your car and adrenaline takes over? The OMP Tecnica Super Light Driver Race Suit is built for those moments—the ones where every millisecond counts, and the last thing you need is a bulky suit slowing you down. Engineered for high-performance drivers who demand lightweight fireproof protection, this suit is designed with cutting-edge materials that keep you cool, comfortable, and focused on the checkered flag. Whether you're battling for position in an endurance race or carving up a track day, the Tecnica Super Light gives you the confidence to push your limits without compromising safety. Why You’ll Love It Ultra-Lightweight Fireproof Protection – Made with advanced 2-layer (2L) inner compound technology, featuring a soft knitted fabric quilted with meta-aramid non-woven fabric. Translation? You’re wrapped in fire-resistant safety without feeling like you’re wearing a medieval suit of armor. Ergonomic, Race-Ready Fit – Bielastic inserts (fancy talk for ultra-stretchy panels) strategically placed to provide maximum flexibility where you need it most. That means a tailored, second-skin fit that won’t restrict your movements when you’re heel-toeing or sawing at the wheel. Stay Cool Under Pressure – Breathable inserts under the arms and at the sides let fresh air circulate, preventing that dreaded “hot suit sauna” effect after a few laps. Smooth Operator – Ultraflat, anti-rubbing seams with fishbone outside top stitching reduce chafing, because the only friction you should be feeling is between your tires and the tarmac. Race-Ready Style – Contrast color details on the pockets, inner collar, and suit edges ensure you look as fast as you drive. Bonus points if it matches your livery. A: Absolutely! It’s built for comfort, breathability, and all-day wearability, so whether you’re doing a 20-minute sprint or a 24-hour endurance race, you’ll stay comfortable. Q: How does the fit compare to other OMP suits? A: It has a tailored, athletic fit, thanks to the stretch panels. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra room. Q: Can I wash my race suit? A: Yes, but hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Don’t toss it in with your gym clothes unless you like the idea of ruining a premium suit.
