Omoplata

omoplata [o•mo•pla•ta] • verb A double joint lock that is applied using your leg. From the guard, you place one leg under your opponent's armpit and then turn 180 degrees in the direction of that leg, so that your leg moves over your opponents back and entangles their arm. Secure your opponent from rolling out of the lock, by throwing your arm over your opponent's waist. Apply downward pressure on your opponent's shoulder to finish the submission. There is an endless number of submission possibilities in jiu-jitsu. Every grappler has his or her own favorite submissions, and we at Epic Roll wanted to create a shirt collection that would allow you to show them off! So, what's your favorite submission? Choose one or collect them all! The tri-blend fabric has a vintage, fitted look, and is extremely durable. This t-shirt can withstand repeated washings and beatings from even the most aggressive grappler!  • Tri-blend construction (50% polyester/25% combed ring-spun cotton/25% rayon) • 40 singles thread weight • Comfortable and durable • Contemporary fit • Lightweight * We recommend you wash your shirts inside out to help prevent premature fading from washing. • We recommend you wash the shirt before wearing it as the sublimation printing ink can create an unpleasant smell.
