Olive Stimulator

The Olive Stimulator is a versatile fly pattern that excels in mimicking various terrestrial insects, particularly grasshoppers and caddisflies. It's designed to be highly buoyant, making it ideal for fishing on the surface of fast-moving streams and turbulent waters. The olive color provides a natural look that is effective in a wide range of conditions and especially useful during late spring to early fall when these insects are most active. Employ a variety of retrieves, from dead drifts to slight twitches, to stimulate strikes from trout and other game fish.
