Italian Olive Oil Starter Kit

“Every Italian kitchen needs more than one olive oil!” – Giada De Laurentiis Not all olive oils are created equal: different varieties of olives produce oils with unique flavors, and that means they play very different roles in the kitchen. That’s the inspiration behind this duo: two gorgeous extra virgin olive oils with opposite personalities that perfectly round each other out. From the Ligurian coast in the north comes our Italian Riviera Olive Oil: smooth, buttery, and lightly fruity. Made exclusively with Taggiasca olives, it’s cold-pressed and unfiltered to preserve the olives’ natural richness and nutrients. Travel south to Puglia, and the story changes. Our Organic Coastal Puglia Olive Oil is pressed from Coratina olives grown in centuries-old groves along the Adriatic coast. Robust and peppery, it’s naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, giving it both remarkable flavor and wellness benefits. Giada always keeps both oils at the ready: Italian Riviera for its elegance and subtlety, and Coastal Puglia for its assertive kick. Together, they give you the freedom to cook the way Italians do: matching the olive oil to the dish. Whether you’re stocking your own kitchen or looking for the perfect gift, this duo makes an exceptional addition to any Italian pantry. With an included tasting card, you’ll be able to explore the nuances of each oil at home in a true Italian tasting experience.
