Olfacte Scented Candle - Midnight Soak

The Audo Copenhagen Olfacte Scented Candle in Midnight Soak is designed specifically for winding down - those evening moments when you're ready to let go of the day and transition into rest mode. The name says it all, really, evoking that feeling of sinking into a warm bath when night falls and everything finally goes quiet. The scent opens with top notes of bitter orange, lavandin grosso (a herbaceous variety of lavender), and fig that create this luxurious, deeply relaxing combination right from the first burn. What's appealing about these opening notes is how the fig adds natural sweetness without being cloying, while the lavender and citrus keep things fresh rather than heavy. As the candle burns, middle notes of geranium, rose petals, and hay emerge, bringing this soft floral layer that feels sensuous without being overly perfumey or traditionally feminine. The base notes of cedarwood, moss, and white musk ground everything with earthy warmth that lingers long after you've blown out the flame, creating this calming atmosphere that actually helps your mind settle rather than just masking odors. Available in three sizes - 2.8oz votive, 8.3oz poured glass candle, and 15.1oz statement candle - you can choose based on your space and how often you'll be using it. The votive works perfectly for bathrooms where you want that spa-like feeling during evening routines, while the larger sizes fit bedrooms or living rooms where you're unwinding for longer periods. Each candle is responsibly made in the USA using natural essential oils and plant-based wax, which creates more complex, authentic scent profiles compared to synthetic fragrances that can smell artificial or trigger headaches. The formula is free from parabens and phthalates, important for enclosed spaces like bedrooms where you're breathing it in for hours. The smoky grey heat-resistant glass container looks elegant sitting on a nightstand or bathroom counter, and once the wax is gone you can clean it out and repurpose the vessel as a small storage jar or planter instead of throwing it away. Audo Copenhagen created their Olfacte collection to bring the same thoughtful approach to scent that they apply to furniture and lighting design. Midnight Soak reflects their "soft minimalism" philosophy - creating atmosphere through carefully balanced elements rather than overwhelming spaces with intensity. The scent profile works specifically for nocturnal moments of calmness, designed to encourage that exhale-deep-and-let-go feeling rather than trying to be all things for all times of day. The use of natural essential oils and plant-based wax aligns with Audo Copenhagen's commitment to quality materials and responsible production, ensuring these candles meet the same standards as their other home accessories. The layered complexity of fig, lavender, rose, and moss creates a sophisticated fragrance that enhances evening rituals - whether that's an actual bath, reading before bed, or just sitting quietly after a long day - contributing to spaces and routines that feel intentional rather than rushed.
