Olfacte Scented Candle - Chapter

The Audo Copenhagen Olfacte Scented Candle in Chapter is designed for those transitional moments throughout the day - turning a page, ending a day, or starting something new. The scent profile opens with bright top notes of lemon zest, Japanese hinoki wood, and cardamom that give this fresh, invigorating quality perfect for morning routines or resetting your space midday. As the candle burns, middle notes of patchouli and sequoia emerge, grounding those brighter scents with earthy depth, while base notes of cedarwood, amber, and musk add warmth that lingers in the room long after you extinguish the flame. What makes Chapter work so well for different times of day is how balanced the composition feels - it's not overly citrusy where it feels too energizing for evening, nor so heavy and woody that it feels oppressive in the morning. The hinoki wood brings this clean, spa-like quality that Japanese cypress is known for, creating an atmosphere that encourages both focus and relaxation depending on what you need from the moment. Available in three sizes - a 2.8oz votive, 8.3oz poured glass candle, and 15.1oz statement candle - you can choose the scale that fits your space and how long you want the candle to last. The votive works perfectly for smaller rooms like bathrooms or home offices, the mid-size fits well on bedside tables or kitchen counters, and the statement size has enough presence for larger living spaces. Each candle is responsibly made in the USA using natural essential oils and plant-based wax, which means you're getting actual scent complexity rather than synthetic fragrances that can smell artificial or give some people headaches. The formula is free from parabens and phthalates, important if you're conscious about what you're burning in enclosed spaces. The smoky grey heat-resistant glass container looks elegant enough to leave out as decor, and once the candle burns down completely, you can clean out the vessel and repurpose it as a small storage jar or planter rather than just tossing it. Audo Copenhagen developed their Olfacte scented candle collection with the same attention to materials and craftsmanship they bring to furniture and lighting design. The brand's aesthetic philosophy of "soft minimalism" extends to how they approach scent - creating balanced, thoughtful fragrances that enhance your space without overwhelming it, much like how their furniture pieces contribute to rooms without demanding to be the focal point. Chapter reflects this approach through its carefully layered scent profile that works across different moods and times of day, adapting to your needs rather than forcing a single atmosphere. The use of natural essential oils and plant-based wax aligns with Audo Copenhagen's commitment to quality materials and responsible production, ensuring these candles meet the same standards as their other home accessories and contribute to spaces that feel intentional and well-considered.
