Old Forester 1870 Original Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Introducing the inaugural member of the Old Forester Whiskey Row Series, an invitation for bourbon aficionados to journey through Old Forester's storied past with each distinct expression. George Garvin Brown, the visionary behind Old Forester, was a trailblazer in the spirits realm. He was the first to achieve a consistent flavor profile by masterfully batching whiskey from three separate distilleries. In homage to this pioneering approach, Old Forester 1870 Original Batch is crafted at 90 Proof. It's a harmonious blend, drawing from a select batch of barrels housed in three individual warehouses, mirroring Brown's original batching technique. The result? A bourbon that's both delicate and nuanced.
