Old Book Perfume Oil Roll on

The Scent: The scent of the worn, aging pages balance perfectly with a leather note not quite like any other in the Library.  It is full and rounded, but without being sharp or biting, and somehow being both casual and formal, depending on the context.  Touches of cedar, patchouli and tobacco create a complete experience. The Inspiration: We may read paperback, and we may listen to audio books, but the experience of a hardcover book is measurably different and  worthy of memorialization The Story: Their house had real hardcover books in it, and you often saw them lying open on the sofa, the words still warm from being read ~ David Sidaris Fragrance Elements: Pink Pepper, Davana, Jasmin, Tobacco, Cedarwood, Leather, Patchouli, and Worn Pages Accords Paperback v Old Book Comparison: Paperback: Lighter scent Aged paper, Violets Transparent Old Book: Heavier and more substantial  Aged Paper, Leather, Patchouli Substantive Click here for the entire Old Book collection
