Anodized aluminum. Sealed bearings. Hardened steel cutter. Fits male-thread aviation filters. Clears the threaded stud on male filters like the Champion CH48110, common on Lycomings. Works on female-thread filters too. Big or small. Cuts filters 2-3/8" to 5" across, from large aviation filters all the way down to small automotive filters. Built right.
