Spiraea thunbergii 'Ogon' Ogon Spirea is another great bright yellow leaf spirea that ends up getting a little taller than Candy Corn. It also tends to perform better in the landscape. Ogon blooms in the summer months and loves a solid trim after the first freeze during the winter. In fall, the leaves will turn a bit orange before falling for the winter.
