Off Topic Tall Bearded Iris Rhizome | Bluish-Gray & Purple Bitone Bearded Iris

Off Topic Tall Bearded IrisOff Topic is close to being another purple amoena — but, as the saying goes, close is no cigar. It decidedly is NOT another purple amoena. Form and proportion are ideal. Perhaps its strongest feature is the achingly beautiful bluish-gray standards, akin to a watercolor wash — like gazing at a cloud. The wide range of purple on the falls is stimulating: surrounding the spray pattern you'll find orchid, gradually deepening to purple-black on the perimeter and hafts. A truly captivating iris that earns its place as a garden centerpiece.
