Off-Duty Tread Doormat

The threshold between shift and home. Every firefighter knows the moment - boots on the mat, the weight of the day staying outside where it belongs. This is where work ends and family begins. Inspired by the diamond plate steel that lines apparatus bays and tailboards, this heavy duty mat brings a piece of that world to the front porch. A quiet reminder to check out, decompress, and step inside as Dad, Mom, husband, wife. Not the firefighter. Just home. Constructed from heavy duty, natural coconut husk fiber, this mat is tough, weather-resistant, and built to scrub. Tough enough for daily traffic, clean enough to work with any entryway. The Details - Grade A tufted coir coconut fiber - 24″ × 16″ (61 cm × 40.6 cm) - 0.59″ (1.5 cm) thick - Black vinyl backing for grip and stability - Designed for covered outdoor use Care: Keep it under cover, away from direct sun and standing water. A little fiber shedding at first is normal; shake it out and it settles in.
