Belt loops accompany 2 inch side cinch-straps to accommodate a 4 inch waist measurement spread. (Pictured, I am wearing size M @205 lbs / 34 inch waist/ 5 foot 11 inches). *Please tape measure your waist before ordering these! These are TRUE TO SIZE! Most jeans / pants manufacturers are 2 to 2.5 inches off. So, if you wear 34 inch waist in jeans, you are likely a 36 to 36.5 inch waist.
