Oceano Zero Chardonnay

At Oceano Wines, we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional non-alcoholic wines. Our process begins with hand-picking grapes at the optimal moment, ensuring the best quality fruit for non-alcoholic production. We then ferment our Chardonnay in French oak barrels and age on its lees for six months, enhancing the wine's complexity. Key to our approach is selecting specific yeast strains during fermentation to highlight the essential fruit character of our varietals. Meticulous winemaking and aging protocols are followed to produce wines that exude elegance, varietal aromas, flavors, and the mouthfeel associated with classic wines. Our grapes are sustainably grown at Spanish Springs Vineyard on California's Central Coast. This region’s climate is crucial for yielding high-quality fruit imbued with distinctive coastal characteristics. Oceano Zero embodies our commitment to quality and luxury. Using the Spinning Cone Column, an advanced distillation method, we remove the alcohol while preserving the wine's depth of flavor and aroma. Crafted with the same rigorous attention to detail as our finest wines, Oceano Zero redefines luxury in non-alcoholic wine. Nutrition: A 5-ounce serving contains 6 calories and 1 gram of total sugar.
