Obstacle Course Starter

The Home or Small Studio Course Layout is the perfect starter Course for a home or studio. As far as we know, and we know a lot about the fitness business, this is the only exercise equipment that can be used simultaneously by adults and children. That's right—Dad, Mom, and all the kids can work out together and everyone gets a heart-healthy, muscle-strengthening, and joint-flexing workout. Imagine the fun you'll have sharing the benefits of exercise and the foundation you'll be laying for your children's health and well-being.  This Course is like a weight machine, treadmill, balance board, and stretching machine all in one—and for a lot less cash.
