Obsidian Footprint

The Obsidian Footprint is a ground cover that is specifically designed to be used with the Obsidian shelter. It is made of durable and waterproof vinyl and is placed underneath the tent to prolong the life of the floor. The main advantage of using an Obsidian Footprint is that it will protect the floor from wear and tear, especially when setting up on rough or abrasive ground. Helping to ensure that the tent floor's waterproof capabilities are not compromised throughout its life. Adding a footprint will provide an extra layer of insulation and protection from dampness and moisture that can come from the ground. This can also help to make the packing-up process much faster eliminating the need to unzip or dry out the tent floor due to condensation buildup.  The Obsidian Footprint is designed to be a perfect fit for the Obsidian tent featuring stainless steel grommets that line up with the grommets of the Obsidian tent allowing for both to be staked down together. Additionally, it comes with a heavy-duty zippered carry case, making it convenient to bring with you on all camping trips.  Add some peace of mind to your Obsidian investment by including the Obsidian Footprint and providing an additional layer of protection from dampness, moisture, sticks, and rocks. **Also compatible with Shiftpod 2 & 3**
