O Antiphon Banner

The O Antiphons are part of an ancient tradition in the Catholic Church that helps us recall Jesus’ many titles, and the prophecies that he fulfilled by coming into the world! Each night during the last seven days of Advent, the Church invites us to meditate on a different one of these antiphons. Singing a new verse of the hymn O Come O Come Emmanuel is a great way to do this, especially with kids. This banner is perfect to hang in your home throughout Advent. Or add a new piece each day during the last week of Advent to watch Christmas getting closer as your family sings together. This banner kit includes a length of string, seven small clothes pins, and seven triangular “O Antiphon” cards. The O Antiphon cards are printed in the USA on 100# cover uncoated white smooth paper and measure 4x6”.
