ONYX NX Wing

Is it the best value in console wings?  The NX Wing packs a LOT into a price-point that matches or beats other similar wings on the market. From the Manufacturer: NX Wing is the complementary USB control surface to Obsidian Control Systems ONYX platform. Based on the NX 2 console the NX Wing utilizes the same rugged design and components with an identical footprint and layout. Through its USB connection the NX Wing provides a responsive, professional hardware surface to operate ONYX on any PC system without compromises. Any user of ONYX will feel instantly familiar with the NX Wing and no setup or additional installation is required. Simply plug it into a user-provided PC with ONYX and get started instantly. NX Wing provides extensive connectivity with 4 DMX Ports, MIDI and Timecode ports while unlocking 64 Universes of control when connected to ONYX on a PC. From the GEAR Pro's: At first glance, the NX Wing looks like an average console wing - and it's got everything you'd expect from a wing - 10 faders, programming knobs and keys.   Where things get crazy is everything else that's included: Timecode inputs MIDI In/Out/Through USB port for show saving or keyboard Programming Touch Screen 4 DMX Outputs 64 licensed universes of output An RGB Desk Lamp (because, why not?) If you're looking to build an ONYX PC rig, this is definitely the most value-packed piece of hardware in their lineup.  You essentially get 90% of the NX2 console for less than half the price.  Call it half the price by time you add a PC.   The point is - they give you a lot for the price, and that's why these are so popular!
