OMAKSAN HOLEMASTER | 4000 Smart Faster

Automatic Tool Changer Eliminates Downtime Between Operations The Holemaster 4000 Smart Faster combines the production speed of the Faster series with the flexibility of an automatic tool changer. A 4.5 kW milling unit and 4-slot automatic tool clamp allow seamless multi-tool operations, with different milling bits cycling automatically without operator intervention. For shops running complex jobs with multiple milling profiles per panel, the Smart Faster eliminates manual tool changes as a production bottleneck. Overview Smart Process Management Eliminates Downtime The 4000 Smart Faster is the most automated machine in the 1+0 lineup. The defining feature is the automatic tool changer, a 4-slot tool clamp that automatically cycles between different milling tools during a single program. For shops running jobs with multiple milling operations per panel, such as rough cuts, finish cuts, profile cuts, and slot cuts, the automatic tool changer eliminates manual tool changes as a production bottleneck. The milling unit also steps up from 4 kW to 4.5 kW, giving the machine a meaningful increase in cutting capability for heavier operations or aggressive feed rates. Combined with automatic tool measurement, the Smart Faster's tooling system manages itself: tools are measured automatically, swapped automatically, and applied automatically based on the loaded program. For furniture manufacturers running varied production with complex multi-operation panels, the Smart Faster's automation can help reduce changeover time and keep operators productive on other tasks instead of standing at the machine swapping tools between operations. The 4000 Smart Faster is Right For You If… Your production includes multiple milling profiles per panel Operator time spent on manual tool changes is a bottleneck You want lights-out or single-operator production cells Your milling operations need 4.5 kW of cutting power You are considering automatic conveyor unloading as an option Features & Options Standard Equipment and Available Options The 4000 Smart Faster ships with the automatic tool changer and 4-slot automatic tool clamp as standard equipment.
