OMAKSAN HOLEMASTER | 1030 MC Plus

Compact Body, Full Capability The Holemaster 1030 MC Plus brings industrial CNC drilling, grooving, and milling to shops where floor space is the constraint. Built for modular furniture production, including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and built-in casework, the 1030 MC Plus drills connection holes on the top face and all four edges for the hardware that holds modular furniture together: Minifix, Blum, hinges, shelf pins, dowels, rafix, and Confirmat. Overview Industrial CNC Drilling in a Compact Footprint The 1030 MC Plus is the entry point into the Holemaster series, built for cabinet shops, custom millwork producers, and modular furniture manufacturers where floor space matters but production-grade quality is still essential. The 1+0 drill block configuration handles the top face and all four edges of a panel in a single setup. Beyond drilling, the 1030 MC Plus adds high-precision milling capability through a 2.2 kW milling unit, making it more than a single-purpose drilling machine. Grooving operations on the top surface, custom routing for hardware specifics, and precise drilling for Minifix, Blum, hinges, shelf pins, dowels, rafix, and Confirmat hardware all happen on one compact machine. For shops upgrading from manual drilling or hobby-grade CNC into industrial production, the 1030 MC Plus is a practical path forward without committing to the floor space of a larger 4000-series machine. The 1030 MC Plus is Right For You If… Your shop floor cannot accommodate a 4000-series machine Most of your panels are 1000 mm wide or narrower You produce modular furniture using standard hardware, including Minifix, Blum, dowels, and Confirmat You are upgrading from manual drilling or hobby-grade CNC to industrial production Bottom-face drilling is rare in your production and can be handled by manually flipping panels Features & Options Standard Equipment and Available Options The 1030 MC Plus ships with everything needed for industrial drilling, grooving, and milling of modular furniture panels.
