Nurture Meditation for Birth Workers

Nurture Meditation for Birth Workers If you are a birth worker, midwife, doula or childbirth educator then taking care of yourself must be of the highest priority, and this meditation mp3 is just for you! By using the guided imagery in this meditation on a regular basis, it will help you replenish your energy if you are feeling tired or depleted and help you to avoid becoming stressed, overworked and burnt out. Allow yourself some nurturing as you’re taken on a deeply meditative healing journey high up on a mountain on a tropical island where you can indulge in some much needed self care in the healing cave spa pool and meet with your inner adviser for insights and healing. This guided meditation has been written and spoken by Diana Fischer, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator in Western Australia.
