The difference in these espresso machines lies in their brewing processes and user interactions. 1-Step Super Automatic Espresso Machines Single Operation: These machines require only one action to brew a coffee. Users can select a drink, and the machine automatically grinds the beans, tamps them, brews the espresso, and dispenses it—all at once. Ease of Use: Ideal for users who prefer simplicity and speed. With just one button press, they can enjoy their coffee without needing to intervene in the brewing process. Speed: Typically faster since all operations are combined into a single step. Milk Based Drinks: Will add milk automatically (no use of steam wands) and requires a milk cooler (found below) 2-Step Super Automatic Espresso Machines Dual Operation: These machines involve two distinct steps. First, the user selects the coffee type, and then they may need to manually initiate the brewing process after grinding. Customization: Offers more control over the brewing parameters, such as grind size and extraction time, allowing for a more tailored coffee experience. Complexity: Slightly more complex to operate due to the additional step, which may appeal to coffee enthusiasts looking for a more hands-on approach. Milk Based Drinks: This type will require the user to use the steam wand to for assisted easy cream frothing. Historical Italian Brand Nuova Simonelli has been building espresso machines since 1936.
