Professional Build The Muscia is a high performance home espresso machine due to professional components like the filter holder, the temperature compensated group and the articulated steam wand. Added to this are technical and ergonomic features to simplify its use, as with the push and pull steam lever and the soft-touch backlit control panel. Automatic Dosing With volumetric dosing you are able to program multiple doses and have your brews ready at the press of a button. Keep your extractions precise and consist with the ease of a button. Get the Perfect Extraction The Soft Infusion System, developed by the techs at Simonelli, is an innovative pre-infusion system that is adjustable, consistent and has no risk of user error. It is unique because it extracts centrifugally by injecting water at different angles into the coffee cake which eliminates channeling and maximizes espresso extraction by creating more contact time between the water and coffee Thermostability Fitted with a commercial grade grouphead the brew temperature stability is aided by the E61 style group head which is heated by a thermosyphon system and also by the copper boiler and water lines.
