Nuova Simonelli Appia Life Espresso Machine

Simple, modern, and precise is how Nuova Simonelli describes the beautiful Appia Life espresso machine. Packed with the latest technology, making it suitable for mid to high volume coffee shops. The Appia II builds on the success of the original Appia, by pushing the limits of high performance and productivity. The combination of proven reliability and modern styling make it the ideal machine for any environment. Semi-Automatic The semi-automatic Appia Life is considered the basic model of the machine. While it may lack some technical features, this machine is more than capable of delivering high quality espresso, especially in the hands of a well-trained barista. Being a semi-automatic, the barista is in complete control of the machine during the extraction process, meaning that the operator will need to both start and stop the espresso extraction. Perfect for those seeking full control of the extraction time. Volumetric The Appia Life Volumetric is the ideal machine for users looking for a perfectly consistent yield every time. Being volumetric, this machine allows operators to program desired volumes and consistently pull shots at that volume throughout the day. The barista no longer has to monitor each and every shot, because of this, they are given precious time to interact with customers or even begin another order. Making this machine ideal for a number of shops and setups. This machine is compatible with one auto-steam wand on the Volumetric model only. This modification replaces the manual steam handles with a button. However, auto-steam requires no input from the barista to texture the milk. The barista can simply place the wand in the pitcher of milk and the auto-steam Wand will do the rest.
