Trimming fan speed increases or decreases the oscillation of coffee's movement for each sample without affecting factory calibration. Calibration mode in the LINK app mimics roasting at sea level at any altitude. Provides globally performing roasts for cupping with 205 core profiles for filter and cupping, developed by Sam Corra over a period of 3 years. Density Roast Prediction LINK app uses data points of user's green coffee to suggest most suitable profile for sample. Empowers user to easily navigate through core set of profiles using density assessment. Advanced Dial-In LINK app's function to further refine profile selection of specific samples after initial roast. DTR Development Percentage, Time of roast, and Roast degree. DTR override system adjusts termination at exact development % and temperature increase range outlined. Variable Batch Size Option to customize batch size between 50g to 100g in 1g increments. Fan calibration based on input to run off the same core profile sets regardless of green input.
