NSDRC SSDLUX Sporty High Performance Steering Conversion Kit

NSDRC SSDLUX Sporty High Performance Steering Conversion Kit The NSDRC SSDLUX Sporty High Performance Steering Conversion Kit was developed to maximize steering power, steering efficiency, and durability for SSDLUX Sporty axle setups. The NSDRC vertical servo configuration corrects the inefficient steering angles and leverage loss throughout steering travel, allowing the servo horn and steering knuckle to move in a far more efficient synchronized motion for improved steering performance across the entire steering range.  The optimized linkage geometry also repositions the mounting point further outward on the steering knuckle, greatly improving leverage efficiency. This allows the servo to generate more steering force while reducing overall strain, heat, and current draw. This means: *Increased steering performance *Reduced servo temperatures *Less stress on servo electronics and gears *Improved battery efficiency *Increased long-term reliability In testing, the NSDRC SSDLUX Steering System showed up to a 50% increase in steering force at the knuckle. Unlike carbon fiber mounts that can flex or twist under heavy load, the NSDRC system maintains rigidity and precise steering control. Compared to conventional carbon fiber mounts that can flex under heavy loads, the rigid CNC machined 7075 aluminum NSDRC system maintains consistent steering precision and power under extreme conditions. Kit Includes *NSDRC 7075 Aluminum Vertical Servo Mount / Upper Link Mount Assembly *NSDRC 7075 Aluminum Monster Clamping Servo Horn *Stainless Steel Drag Link *Rod Ends *Servo Skid / Slider / Battery Tray *Battery Strap *Complete Hardware Kit The included servo horn and drag link lengths are specifically designed to provide optimized steering geometry and straightforward installation. Designed specifically for: Low Profile Servos SSDLUX Sporty axles Engineered for serious performance, competition crawling, and maximum steering efficiency.
