NOW B-100 Sustained Release B-Complex – 100 Vegan Tablets for Energy Support

NOW B-100 Sustained Release is a complete B-complex supplement in vegan tablet form, designed to support energy production and nervous system health. Each tablet provides all eight essential B vitamins, along with choline, inositol, and PABA. The sustained-release formulation is designed to release over an extended period of time. This formula supplies 100 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid, plus 100 mcg each of vitamin B12 and biotin. It also includes 680 mcg DFE folate, equivalent to 400 mcg folic acid. These B vitamins work together to support normal nutrient metabolism, while B6, folate, and B12 help maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism. Its vegetarian and vegan formulation also accommodates shoppers who avoid animal-derived supplement ingredients. Each bottle contains 100 tablets, providing 100 servings.
