Universal Concrete Cleaner is a highly concentrated, water-based alkaline cleaning solution specifically formulated to remove stubborn stains and contaminants from various concrete surfaces like pavers, blocks, poured slabs, and stucco. Its high-performance formula employs advanced cleaning technology to penetrate deeply, emulsify, and lift even the most challenging stains, including dirt, mold, oil, grease, organic residues like leaf tannins and tree sap, carbon deposits, soot, creosote, and more. This deep cleaning action leaves your concrete surfaces refreshed and restored to their original pristine condition. 2. Should the Concrete Cleaner Be Diluted or Used Straight? Universal Concrete Cleaner’s concentrated formula allows for versatility and cost-effectiveness. You can utilize it either directly undiluted for maximum strength or dilute it with water at varying ratios to suit the specific cleaning intensity and surface condition. Refer to the product label or technical guide for the recommended dilution ratios for different cleaning applications (light, normal, heavy, and extra heavy cleaning). Additionally, Universal Concrete Cleaner offers flexible application methods through pressure washers, rotary scrubbers, mops, brushes, and hand sprayers, maximizing its adaptability to various cleaning challenges in both industrial and residential settings. 3. Can this Product be Used Indoors? Yes, Universal Concrete Cleaner is formulated for safe and effective application on both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. Its non-abrasive and non-hazardous nature makes it suitable for cleaning floors, walls, facades, and other concrete elements both indoors and outdoors. It is free-rinsing and will not leave residue behind. 4. How Long Does it Take to Work? The cleaning time varies depending on the type and severity of the stain. For lighter dirt and grime, Universal Concrete Cleaner typically works effectively within minutes of application and agitation. However, for more stubborn stains like oil, grease, or deeply ingrained organic residues, allowing the solution to dwell for a few minutes before scrubbing and rinsing can enhance its effectiveness in penetrating and loosening the stain molecules. 5.How Often can this Concrete Cleaner be Used? As a non-abrasive cleaning solution, Universal Concrete Cleaner is safe for regular use on concrete and other surfaces without causing surface damage. You can clean concrete surfaces as often as needed to maintain their cleanliness and aesthetics. However, the optimal cleaning frequency may depend on factors like the initial condition of the concrete, and the severity of the staining. For heavily stained concrete, a more frequent cleaning regimen might be necessary initially, followed by regular maintenance cleaning at your preferred interval. 6. Is this Product Harmful to the Environment? Universal Concrete Cleaner prioritizes both cleaning performance and environmental responsibility. Its formulation utilizes 100% biodegradable ingredients and avoids harsh chemicals or hazardous acids. This makes it safe for use around plants and pets, minimizing its environmental impact. Additionally, its free-rinsing nature ensures no harmful residues remain on surfaces after cleaning, further promoting environmental safety and sustainability. 7. I have stains on my concrete that look like white chalky patches or orange streaks. Can Universal Concrete Cleaner remove them? If your stains resemble white chalky patches, these are likely efflorescence, and for orange streaks, you might be dealing with rust. These require a specialized cleaner like RadonSeal Efflorescence Cleaner, which targets and dissolves the mineral build-up effectively. For optimal results, we recommend using the right tool for the job! Our concentrated Universal Concrete Cleaner provides a safer alternative to toxic cleaners, bleaches and solvents. The trusted formula is nontoxic, nonabrasive, and non-corrosive. Universal Cleaner can be used to remove heavy dirt, grease, oil, food residue, and stains on garage floors, paver walkways, basement seals and walls, patios, pool decks, and more. It easily cuts through tough grease, oils, mold and algae, built-up grime, and even latex paint and flooring adhesives. Safe for indoor and outdoors use. Ideal for a wide range of industries including janitorial, manufacturing, food processing, and in the home. Keep a jug handy around the home. Just dilute the cleaner to match the job!
