Norwood - House Plan

The Norwood is a flexible modern farmhouse plan showing an optional basement build out which can include an additional 2 bedrooms (5 total), rec room, gym, bar and theatre. Note: The conditioned square footage does not include the basement as shown.  The classic modern farmhouse façade invites you in through the wide timbered front porch.  A deep side entry 3 car garage offers plenty of space for parking and storage. Off the main foyer a dedicated study has room for two desks and optional built-ins. The vaulted living room centers on the gas fireplace flanked by optional built-in casework and French doors out to the roomy rear porch. A split bedroom layout offers privacy for the primary bed suite which features a vaulted ceiling, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room.  The lower level basement can be built to suit and can work as a traditional basement or walk-out configuration.
