North Sails Lowell

North Sails was founded in 1957 by Lowell North, an American sailor, Olympic gold medalist, and engineer. With his unique skill sets he methodically focused on building sails that were faster than any competitors. Equipped with these sails he conquered wind and water, explored the ocean, and won races. The LOWELL offers a unique balance of heritage style and performance that perfectly captures the aesthetic of sailing in the 1950’s.
