North Ave Primaries

Plied Yarn combines the creative genius of Karida Collins, dyer extraordinaire and founder of Neighborhood Fiber Co., and Ann Weaver, a designer after my own heart who knows her Art History AND grew up in Grand Rapids. This two-ply wooly wool is incredibly versatile and can be knit at many different gauges from fingering to DK!  The yarn is spun at Harrisville Designs, and North Ave Primaries are dyed after being plied and range from tonal solids to tonal variegateds depending upon the color. We also have plied North Ave - the yarn is hand-dyed as singles, and then spun, creating beautiful, tonal marls you will LOVE. 100% non-superwash wool; 2-ply woolen spun; fingering weight 215 yds / 50 g skein hand wash, dry flat.
