Norse Dragon Seax

Carry the fierce spirit of the North with the Norse Dragon Seax. Combining the distinctive profile of an early medieval seax with a striking dragon-themed handle, this functional blade makes an impressive addition to a Viking or Norse weapon collection. From the patterned Damascus steel blade to the carved ashwood handle, every element gives this seax a rugged character worthy of a seasoned raider or warrior. The functional Damascus steel blade features the angular, broke-back tip characteristic of a seax. Layered steel produces flowing patterns across the surface of the blade. A narrow fuller runs along its length. The combination of the distinctive point, patterned steel, and practical blade shape gives this Viking dagger a commanding look. At the base of the blade, a layered guard combines wood and metal elements. Brass pins accent the wooden layer, adding warm contrast between the surrounding metal fittings and the natural material. Beyond the guard, the ashwood handle is intricately carved into the form of a stylized dragon. Its head lies at the pommel with its scales creeping towards the guard. Overall, the darkened carving gives the seax a Norse-inspired, fantasy feel while allowing the natural beauty of the wood to remain part of the design. A leather sheath completes the Norse Dragon Seax. Embossed decoration adds visual texture to the leather and complements the detailed dagger. A belt loop at the top allows the sheath to be worn at your side, while a snap closure helps secure the seax in place when sheathed. Whether added to a Viking-inspired armory, worn as part of a historical outfit, or displayed, the Norse Dragon Seax brings together multiple striking elements in one memorable weapon.
