Norpro Scandinavian Dough Whisk

Measures: 12″ x 3.25″ x .88″ / 30.5cm x 8cm x 2.25cm This is the whisk you need for batters you don’t want to destroy by beating too much; bread dough including sourdough starters, pizza dough, muffins, pancake batter, soufflés, brownies, cake mix, granola and so much more. Save time and easily incorporate add-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, raisins and fruit evenly. The unique design allows wet and dry ingredients to flow through, while the curved wire can scrape bowls just like a spatula. Reaches the bottom of bowls easily to remove hidden pockets of flour. Easy to clean. The dough won’t get caught in wires or clump in the center. Stainless steel with sturdy, smooth beechwood handle. Recommend hand washing.
