Offset Sofa Bed

The Offset Sofa Bed from Audo Copenhagen (formerly Menu) elegantly solves the age-old design challenge of creating multipurpose furniture without compromising on aesthetics or comfort. This transformative piece represents Norm Architects' continued exploration of balance—where form and function achieve perfect harmony in a design that's equally impressive as a sophisticated sofa and a luxurious bed. Copenhagen-based designers Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn have masterfully orchestrated a composition of thoughtful contradictions: architectural presence with inviting comfort, substantial structure with visual lightness. The sofa bed's distinctive narrow armrests create a compelling contrast against the generous seating area, all elegantly supported by four sturdy metal legs that give the piece its signature floating appearance. Available in both a versatile 2-seater (57"W × 41"D × 31"H) and a more expansive 3-seater (85"W × 35"D × 26"H), the 3-seater configuration transforms into a luxurious king-size sleeping surface, making it the perfect solution for urban apartments, guest rooms, vacation homes, and multifunctional living spaces. The meticulously engineered conversion mechanism exemplifies Scandinavian ingenuity—smooth, intuitive, and built to last. Crafted in Lithuania to exacting standards, the Offset Sofa Bed features premium upholstery with a firm yet responsive seat that provides just the right amount of give for both sitting and sleeping comfort. The clean-lined geometric silhouette, inspired by minimalist art principles, has been subtly softened for a welcoming expression that complements contemporary living rooms and creates a sophisticated impression in any interior setting. When you choose the Offset Sofa Bed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen, you're embracing the pinnacle of modern Danish design versatility—where thoughtful minimalism meets practical luxury, and where accommodating overnight guests never means compromising your space's aesthetic integrity. Experience furniture that seamlessly transitions between functions while maintaining its distinctive design character throughout the day and night.
