Eave Modular Sofa - 38" Depth Open Modules

The Eave Modular Sofa 38" Depth Open Module from Audo Copenhagen redefines contemporary living space versatility through thoughtful architectural inspiration. Designed by the acclaimed Norm Architects studio, this sophisticated foundation piece takes its name from the "eaves" of a roof that extend beyond a wall—a concept elegantly translated into the sofa's distinctive curved armrests that gracefully arc outward to create a sense of shelter and embrace. Crafted with Norm Architects' signature "soft minimalism" approach, this deeper module provides exceptional lounging comfort while maintaining a refined visual lightness. The meticulously constructed framework—featuring pine, plywood, and MDF—supports a system of no-sag springs and high-resilience foam that invites extended relaxation. This structural excellence is wrapped in premium upholstery options, creating a tactile experience that complements the module's visual sophistication. The generous depth variant offers a more immersive seating experience, perfect for creating true lounging environments in spacious interiors. The thoughtful proportions strike an ideal balance between comfort and aesthetic restraint, with the curved back and armrests providing proper support while evoking the sofa's architectural inspiration. This deeper module is particularly well-suited for family rooms, entertainment spaces, or any setting where truly relaxed postures are desired. With pre-mounted brackets that allow seamless connection to other Eave components, this Open Module serves as a versatile building block in endless custom configurations. Whether used to create a generous straight sofa, an expansive sectional, or as a standalone piece, the Eave Open Module embodies the essence of Scandinavian design excellence—where thoughtful craftsmanship meets practical function in a form where nothing more can be added or taken away.
