Nori Sprinkle

Nori Sprinkle adds a sweet, salty, and sour flavor to any dish, while boosting the nutritional value. Making it very easy to add more seaweed to your diet, we made this sprinkle for the top of your rice, salads, noodles, soups, fish dishes, or any other food you love. Our Nori Sprinkle is made in-house with the finest ingredients that are hand selected and prepared. All of our ingredients are transformed in a way to maximize the nutritional value. For example, the ume vinegar is poured onto glass and allowed to dry at low temperatures. Upon removal from the glass, a powder is created and we then add it to the Gobo Root Oil and nori to create a concentrated flavor without degrading the quality of the ume nutrients. It is processes like these that set our products apart, creating a truly unique experience. Nori Seaweed Nori, like most seaweeds, is an important source of vitamins, peptides, minerals, and antioxidants. Not only are there a wide variety of nutrients, seaweeds like nori help support weight loss, maintain thyroid health, promote muscle function, support bone and brain health, and support beauty by improving the quality of the hair and skin, amongst other things. We provide many different ways to obtain seaweeds in your diet, like our Kazumi powder and capsules, as well as raw seaweeds like Coral Seaweed and Prepared Wakame, so you have a variety of options to make sure you get enough of what is thought of as one of the most nutritious foods available. Ume Plum Umeboshi plums are a pickled/fermented plum that is widely used in Asian cuisine and medicine. This sour and salty fruit is usually found as a whole plum, a paste, or a vinegar. We offer it in a paste here on Shen Blossom as well, and it is amazing. Ume is a powerful antioxidant, containing over 20 different antioxidant compounds that significantly support heart health and protect against free radical oxidation. According to some research, ume has also been shown to help maintain the health of your gums, due to its anti-microbial activity. Ume is also helpful for improving digestion, protecting the liver, maintaining a healthy weight, and building bone strength. Gobo Root Oil Gobo is a well known blood purifier and liver detoxifier that helps strengthen the lymphatic system while helping to regulate blood sugar levels in the body. Our gobo root and seed is infused in wild black sesame seed oil that is stone ground in small batches to limit any unnecessary oxidation and to preserve the vibrancy and flavor of the natural seed oil. Gome, also known as black sesame seed, is a very nutritious oil used for centuries in herbal medicine and for culinary purposes. In fact, it is one of the oldest known oil seed crops, mentioned in texts going back 4,000 years. This black variety of wild sesame is especially great for the kidney system and for nourishing the hair and hormones. Our wild gome is loaded with a wide spectrum of phytonutrients that help to balance hormones, increase metabolism for fat burning, boost nutrient absorption of foods, protect heart health, and protect the body.
