One is finished with a padded, wipe-clean faux-leather top for use as a workout bench. The other is a stable wooden step-aerobic platform. Both are veneered ply with a solid wood frame. Reattach when the session ends. NOHRD DumbBells — 4 pairs Eight precision CNC-machined dumbbells in 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 kg pairs. Nickel-plated steel with a knurled grip and solid wood end discs. Stored on interior racks — visible when you swivel the tower open, hidden when you close it. 4 resistance tubes with wood handles Four resistance tubes in varying strengths, stored behind the panels.
