No Smoking Magnets

Make sure your Airbnb guests know that you don't allow smoking or vaping. Smoke from just one guest can cause irreversible damage to your rental property. And if you have to charge for damages, you want to make sure Airbnb knows that you did everything possible to warn guests about any repercussions. As much as you want to believe guests thoroughly read your welcome guide, most of the time they don't. They either quickly skim through the pages or skip reading it altogether. But your guests can't miss signs that you post on the fridge. So for your peace-of-mind, make sure you post this no smoking or vaping reminder. Think if it as the ultimate "CYA." So make sure your guests never smoke in your rental again by posting this reminder on your fridge.
