No More Empty Nest. I Have Chickens.

The house got quiet in a way nobody really warns you about. And then... you got chickens and quiet became a thing of the past in the best possible way. Somebody needs letting out at dawn. Somebody didn't come in with the others at dusk. Somebody laid her first egg this morning and announced it to the entire county and honestly good for her. The nest is full of personalities, drama, fresh eggs, and creatures that have absolutely no idea how much they fixed something that needed fixing. The nest isn't empty. Not even close.
