No Matter Where I Go

Elena's home life is not what it's supposed to be. She loves her mom and dad, but sometimes it feels scary to be home. When Elena is placed in foster care, she wonders if she will ever see her family again. That's when several grown-ups in her life repeat these words over her: "No matter where you go, no matter where you are, God loves you big and cares for you. Just trust this in your heart." Follow Elena's journey as she wonders how she can know that God loves and cares for her when her life is so hard. Through the words and actions of people around her, Elena discovers that she is never alone in her sadness or fear. God's love might look different at different times, but He is always there. No Matter Where I Go is one little girl's story of foster care, but it reflects the experiences of the more than 400,000 children in the foster system at any given time. This book is perfect for a child in foster care, foster families, churches that need foster care resources, people supporting fostering families, or anyone who wants to gain empathy for foster children.
