No. 11 Stud Earrings

No. 11, 33rd Lane Colombo 03 was one of Geoffrey Bawa’s own residences. In 1958, Geoffrey Bawa bought the third bungalow in a row of four and by 1969 he had acquired all four bungalows and converted them into an architectural masterpiece. The Geoffrey Bawa Trust preserves this masterpiece, No. 11, and it is open to the public as a fascinating view into the life and work of Sri Lanka’s most esteemed architect.  These earrings were inspired by motifs found within No. 11 33rd Lane. They are handmade to order and generally take between 2-4 weeks to make and ship. 5% of proceeds will be donated to Refugees International.   About Geoffrey Bawa -    Deshamanya Geoffrey Manning Bawa (1919-2003) was a Sri Lankan architect.
