Recertification of your Spectro 2 is easy. Simply pack and prepare a shipment of the spectrophotometer unit with the white ceramic calibration tile, the case, this completed form, and have it sent to the Nix headquarters: 286 Sanford Ave. North Suite 501 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, L8L 6A1 After Nix has received the unit, you should expect the recertification process to be completed in 7 days at a maximum. Once complete, Nix will send the unit back to the return address provided on the initial shipment. Fine print:  In rare occurrences, it may take longer than 7 days to complete recertification.
