The added comfort of 3D fly knit material on the toe with the reinforced e-foam toe cap allows for the use of soft crampons when hiking on slippery or icy surfaces. The molded Spine protector provides durability and support day in and day out. The molded spine is also going to protect your boot from board edges on the way up the lifts. Nitro stuffed the boot with a Cloud 8 performance moldable liner and thermal guard underneath for warmth. The Internal Ankle Support and Hike `n` Ride Construction offer a reverse flex in the spine of your boot when you're hiking up on the skin trail with a negative forward lean on your bindings. All these features make the Skylab Nitro's lightest splitboot on the market.
