Nitro Hopper Foam Terrestrial Fly

Nitro Hopper Foam Terrestrial Fly The Nitro Hopper is a high-floating foam terrestrial designed to imitate the grasshoppers and large land-based insects that trout, bluegill, and bass feed on throughout the warmer months. Built using FINATICS Foam Indicators, the Nitro Hopper delivers exceptional buoyancy, visibility, and durability while maintaining a realistic hopper profile that fish readily attack. Measuring approximately 1.5 inches long and tied on a Mustad #6 hook, the Nitro Hopper is easy to track on the water and excels as both a standalone dry fly and as the lead fly in a dry-dropper rig. Fish it along grassy banks, beneath overhanging vegetation, around pond edges, or anywhere hoppers are likely to find their way onto the water. When fish are looking up, the Nitro Hopper is built to get noticed.
