Nighttime Herbal Honey Paste ~ Herbal Tea

Our own blend of six organic herbs traditionally used to relax the mind and assist in a good nights sleep. Add a spoonful to hot water and enjoy as a cup of tea before bed or eat it directly off the spoon. This is a thick blend of powdered herbs that will settle in your mug, swirl your mug to keep the herbs suspended and drink it down or, if you prefer not to have bits of herbs in your tea, use a tea strainer. Use 1-2 tsp in a mug of hot water or eat it off the spoon. Best enjoyed after dinner and before bed.
