Night & Day Snapdragon

This dramatic snapdragon, bred by Frank Morton at Wild Garden Seed, is a true stunner that delivers incredible contrast. It lives up to its name: the outer petals are a rich, midnight burgundy, intensifying into deep red around the "lips" of the bloom. This darkness is set against a pure, pristine white throat, creating a striking "Night and Day" effect. This compact selection is an exceptional cut flower that adds immediate elegance to any cottage garden or bouquet. As a classic cool-season flower, 'Night and Day' performs best when temperatures remain mild. For best results, start the tiny seeds indoors early, gently pressing them into the surface as they require light to germinate. The plant reaches a manageable 18 inches. Pinching the top growth node off when seedlings reach about six inches is highly recommended to encourage lateral branching and ensure a luxurious, continuous display that bumblebees will adore.
