NIEDNER R800 EPDM Double-Jacket Attack Hose

PROVEN PERFORMANCE Fire departments and emergency response teams across North America rely on our field-proven firefighting hose technology to combat small to large-scale fires. NIEDNER R800 is a 100% polyester double jacket hose, lined with EPDM rubber liner for increased durability, kink resistance and GPM flow. With a service test pressure rating of 400 PSIG (2800 kPa), it is a popular attack line choice and often selected for high-rise packs. The thin, heat resistant, EPDM liner makes it lighter and more compact than most of its rubber-lined competitors. It also has a third less bulk than rubber-covered hoses. The ENCAP™ treated outer jacket improves durability, reduces water absorption up to 40%, increases chemical resistance and allows for color options. HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY NIEDNER maintains the highest levels of quality in the design, manufacturing, and testing of all our hose products. As a result, our solutions exceed the recognized international standards. UNIQUE SERVICES Our solutions have many advantages; quality, design, and engineering support, which is second to none. • Abrasion and puncture resistant high pressure performance • Increased kink resistance and GPM flow • Ozone, age, mildew and bacteria resistant • Increased chemical resistance • Made of 100% polyester • Lined with a TPU elastomer • ENCAP™ treated outer jacket• Lighter and more compact than most of its rubber-lined competitors • Reduced water absorption up to 40%   Technical Data — NIEDNER R800 (Attack Hose) Diameter (ID) Spec # Weight per 50 ft w/ couplings Flat Width Thickness Coil Diameter Coupling Bowl Size Coupling Diameter 1 1/2" 4515 14 lb (6.35 kg) 2.875 in (7.30 cm) 0.30 in (0.76 cm) 21 in (53.34 cm) 1-15/16 in (49.2 mm) 1-23/32 in (43.7 mm) 1 3/4" 4517 14.5 lb (6.58 kg) 3.125 in (7.94 cm) 0.33 in (0.84 cm) 21 in (53.34 cm) 2-1/16 in (52.4 mm) 1-7/8 in (47.6 mm) 2" 4520 18 lb (8.16 kg) 3.375 in (8.57 cm) 0.33 in (0.84 cm) 21 in (53.34 cm) 2 5/16 in (58.7 mm) 2-1/16 in (52.4 mm) 2 1/2" 4525 23 lb (10.43 kg) 4.5 in (11.43 cm) 0.33 in (0.84 cm) 22 in (55.88 cm) 3 in (76.2 mm) 2-13/16 in (71.4 mm) 3" 4530 30 lb (13.61 kg) 5.5 in (13.97 cm) 0.35 in (0.89 cm) 22 in (55.88 cm) 3-1/2 in (88.9 mm) 3-5/16 in (84.1 mm) Service Test Pressure: 400 PSI (2,800 kPa) for all sizes.
