Nextivity Cel-Fi EVO

CEL-FI QUATRA EVO: The Enterprise-Grade Cellular Coverage Solution Are you struggling with weak cellular signals inside your building? The CEL-FI QUATRA EVO is the cutting-edge solution for enterprise environments needing reliable 3G, 4G, and 5G cellular coverage. Designed for seamless integration in spaces like retail stores, hospitals, schools, and offices, CEL-FI QUATRA EVO provides uninterrupted, high-quality cellular connectivity with a scalable and future-ready active DAS hybrid system. What is CEL-FI QUATRA EVO? The CEL-FI QUATRA EVO is an advanced in-building cellular coverage system that combines the best features of traditional Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) with modern active signal-boosting technology. Powered by Nextivity’s fourth-generation IntelliBoost chip, it maximizes cellular signal gain, providing consistent and powerful cellular coverage for one or two mobile network operators (MNOs). Unlike passive systems, QUATRA EVO’s all-digital architecture supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and category cabling, simplifying installation and reducing infrastructure costs. Key Features and Benefits IntelliBoost Technology: The proprietary IntelliBoost chip optimizes signal quality in real-time, providing the highest industry gain while ensuring network safety. Single or Dual-Operator Support: Customize the setup for either single-operator (four bands) or dual-operator mode (two bands per operator), depending on your cellular coverage needs. Fiber Expansion for Scalability: With the CEL-FI QUATRA EVO Fiber Hub, coverage can be expanded up to 2.0 km (1.24 miles) away, supporting up to 12 Coverage Units (CUs) for larger buildings or campus environments. Carrier-Grade Reliability: The system meets carrier-grade requirements, ensuring reliable coverage without network interference, certified for use with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major networks. Quick and Simple Installation: Thanks to its modular design and PoE support, CEL-FI QUATRA EVO can be installed and configured within days. Remote Management via WAVE Portal: Remotely monitor system performance, update settings, and troubleshoot through the Nextivity WAVE Portal. Hardware Components The CEL-FI QUATRA EVO system includes three key components that make up a flexible and powerful network: Network Unit (NU): The main control unit that interfaces with donor antennas to collect the cellular signal from outside sources and distribute it to Coverage Units. Coverage Unit (CU): Each CU retransmits the cellular signal within the building. A single NU can support up to six CUs, and this number doubles with the use of the optional Fiber Hub. Fiber Hub: Expands the NU’s reach by adding up to six more CUs. Ideal for larger or multi-building installations, with a maximum range of 2.0 km. Configuration Options QUATRA EVO is configurable to suit various operator requirements and building setups: Single-Operator Mode: Designed for one mobile network operator (MNO), this mode supports four cellular bands and uses both donor ports for maximum signal quality. Dual-Operator Mode: Ideal for enterprises that need support for two operators. This mode configures each donor port for a separate MNO, supporting two bands per operator and ensuring uninterrupted multi-operator service. Installation & Setup CEL-FI QUATRA EVO’s modular design and category cabling make it easy to install. Each component is built with simplicity in mind: Plan the Installation: Conduct a site survey to determine optimal locations for donor and server antennas. Mount the NU and CUs: Secure units in strategic locations to maximize coverage. Each CU can cover several thousand square feet. Connect to the WAVE Portal: Register the system online via the WAVE Portal for real-time monitoring and configuration. WAVE Portal for Management The Nextivity WAVE Portal enables remote management of CEL-FI QUATRA EVO. This secure cloud-based platform provides: System Health Monitoring with live notifications for potential issues. Remote Configuration and Firmware Updates to keep your system at peak performance. Advanced Analytics, such as signal strength and coverage metrics. Who Should Use CEL-FI QUATRA EVO?
