Newport Outdoor Chaise Lounge — Elementi

The Newport Chaise by Elementi is the piece for the part of the outdoor space that isn't about entertaining. The pool edge, the shaded corner of a covered terrace, the far end of a long backyard where no one can see you reading — the Newport Chaise is where you go when you don't want to be in a chair. Full-length recline, coastal modern design, and the kind of outdoor comfort that makes staying home feel like the better plan. At $899, it's the only full-recline seating option in the Elementi furniture lineup. It does one thing better than anything else in the collection: it lets you lie down outside without it being a compromise. Why the Newport? Contact us for current backrest adjustment specifications and cushion configuration details before ordering. Does the Newport work alongside a fire table? Chaise lounges pair most naturally with coffee-height fire tables where the flame is visible from a reclined position. The Lunar Bowl and Manhattan 36" both work well — the open flame of the Lunar Bowl is particularly visible from a low, reclined seat. For a pool or terrace zone, the Newport works as a standalone piece without needing a fire table nearby. How does the Newport fit into a larger outdoor room setup? The Newport works best in a secondary zone — a pool deck, a shaded corner, or a quiet end of a larger patio that's distinct from the main entertaining area. Pair the Laguna or Santorini and a fire table for the main lounge zone; place one or two Newports at the pool edge or in a shade corner for a second-use area that serves a completely different purpose. Can the Newport stay outside year-round? The frame is built for outdoor permanence. Storing cushions during extended off-season periods or sustained heavy rain will extend their life. For pool-adjacent placement, the occasional rinse keeps the frame and fabric in good condition.
