Newberry House Plan

The sunburst transom atop a lovely stone entry adds a sense of timeless beauty to the Newberry house plan, a picturesque gateway to glory. Classic stucco pillars offset the engaging stone entry in this charming French Country abode. Upon entering, your eye is drawn to the generous octagonal-shaped great room with fireplace and three sets of French doors to the back porch which centers this large, open floor plan. The strategic placement of multi-pane windows plus mirrored dormers and stone flues add an extra dimension to the Newberry's design. A formal dining room and gourmet kitchen with pass-thru to the back porch make entertaining easy. A delightful bay-window kitchen provides easy access to formal and casual dining areas. A large center island in the kitchen offers additional counter space. On the Newberry home's right wing, the sensuous master suite opens onto the rear porch with double French doors. From the master bedroom, down the hall are his and hers walk in closets. The master bathroom has double sinks in the vanity and on the opposite wall, the Whirlpool soaking tub and walk in shower provide a total master bath experience. A handsome study with built in book shelves and writing desk provide ample storage for a book collection. Two guest bedrooms and a bonus room add to the appeal of the upstairs spaces. Fix a light brunch in the upstairs AM kitchen that opens to a rear deck. View the spectacular great room from the wrapping loft after climbing the two-story turret. Host guests in one of two bedroom suites. Keep abreast of modern technology from a central, built-in computer desk upstairs or in the savvy study of the lower level. Entertain charades in a bonus room above the garage. The Newberry plan is a perfect charming French Country abode. The spacious floor plan has 2808 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The plan sits on a slab foundation.
